The Production Coordinator on the Engagement Solutions team supports the team Project Managers and Consultants by handing production tasks for all ES projects, as well as works with our project management system, design and fulfillment vendors, and various other tasks. Primary Responsibilities: Work with members of the ES team on project quotes, and production solution Work within the project management system (RoboHead) to ensure all projects are entered correctly and all steps are taken as required Plan and execute production schedules for all print, digital and other creative campaigns; track status and help set priorities to ensure task completion Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvements Process and track projects and printer proofs with vendors Manage postal requirements and ensure compliance to regulations Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processed, expertise and judgment Manage organization, storage and distribution of completed projects in physical and digital formats Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill Performs routine or structured work Responds to routine or standard requests Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction. Required Qualifications: High School Degree / GED 1+ years of experience with print production including working with external print and other vendors and knowledge of postal regulations Experience with project and or traffic management Experience with Microsoft Office suite: Microsoft Outlook (send emails), Microsoft Word (create documents), and Microsoft Excel (update spreadsheets) Working knowledge of the creative process and general creative workflow Familiarity with marketing and consumer communications Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email, phone, and face-to-face Strong, attention to detail, with proofreading skills at a high level of accuracy.
Strong project management, organizational and creative thinking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines while under pressure.
Strong skills in agility, along with ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
